7 Wonders – Armada

Description

7 Wonders: Armada is an expansion for 7 Wonders that can be combined with the base game or a combination of expansions. With this expansion, each player gets a separate “navy” board at the start of the game, in addition to their wonder board. The expansion includes additional red, green, yellow, and blue cards to shuffle into the deck, and each time you pay the cost of each red, green, yellow, and blue card—not just the ones added in this expansion— You can pay additional costs as shown on the naval base to move your ship of the same color.

For example, when you advance the red ship, you gain naval strength, and at the end of an era, you compare your naval strength with all players at the table, not just adjacent players, to determine who is the strongest, who is the least strong etc., victory points are awarded according to the standings.

Advancing on the yellow and blue tracks earns you coins and victory points, with additional naval strength at the ends of the tracks. By advancing on the green path you can discover islands, and to do this, you draw the island deck of whatever level you have reached, then choose one of the islands in that deck and put it into play. Perhaps you'll expand your navy, keep a ship of a different color, find a source of raw materials... you'll see when the time comes!
