Pre-order game
Some games can be pre-ordered. An expected delivery date based on the release date is provided. Sometimes faster delivery is possible, sometimes it takes a little longer. We are dependent on delivery from our suppliers for this. 

If you a pre-order game (Out of Stockif you place an order and an in-stock game in the same order, your entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order game arrives. Should you wish to receive the in-stock part of your order in advance, this is possible by paying extra shipping costs (€5,50 within the NetherlandsPlease contact us regarding this.

Your package is on its way (with a little help from PostNL)
Your game package will be delivered neatly and reliably by our friends at PostNL. Do you happen to be out when they stop by? No problem. They will leave a note for you stating when they will try again, or where you can pick it up yourself.

Would you rather collect your order yourself?
Unfortunately, pick-up is not possible. However, it is possible with PostNL to adjust the delivery yourself and change it to a Service Point, so that you can pick it up yourself when it suits you.
