Guarantee
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Legally, you are obligated to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, see, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaint
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere yet, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
