Ouch! is a fast-paced and accessible card game for the whole family in which you have to collect flowery cactus cards without getting pricked. Players choose a cactus card from an open row and indicate which side of the card they want to turn over. If the card on that side shows flowers, you keep it and score points; however, if you see thrones, you lose the card.

In Ouch!, a row of six cards is turned face up. On your turn, you choose a card and which side of that card you pick up to turn over. If you reveal flowers, you can add the card to your collection. If you reveal cactus thrones, the card goes back into the box and that turn counts as bad luck. Some cards contain animals like a snake or desert fox, which have an extra effect if you collect them without being pricked.

The game ends when someone has collected eight cards or the draw pile is empty. You then add up the flowers on your cards; the player with the most flowers wins.
